Inviting your friends to join you on Healary can enhance your experience and motivation. You can easily do this from the Social  Tab . Simply tap on the bottom left icon, followed by the Start New Team button. This will present you with a variety of options to send the invite, such as through Facebook, SMS, Messenger, Whatsapp, email, among others.
