The Food Colors system evaluates foods based on their nutritional content, specifically looking at the
balance between nutritious calories and empty calories.
Each food is assigned a color based on this evaluation:
- Green means Healthy: Foods that are rich in essential nutrients and low in empty calories.
- Yellow means Goodish: Foods that are moderately nutritious and can be part of a balanced diet.
- Red means Treats: Foods that are low in nutritional value and high in empty calories, best enjoyed
occasionally.
