You can find the Workouts feature in the Discover Tab, found by tapping the third tab from the bottom of the screen. The workouts are split in the following categories:

  •  Full Body Workouts
  •  Upper Body Workouts
  •  Core Body Workouts
  •  Lower Body Workouts

To begin an activity, simply select one of these options. You'll then see activity cards of varying lengths and difficulty levels.
