The Log  Weight  feature, located within the Plan tab, provides a straightforward way to monitor daily weight fluctuations. To log your daily weight, simply input your current weight and click the Log Weight button. In addition to logging, this section also lets you set or modify your weight objectives. To adjust or establish a new weight target, head to the Log Weight segment, hit the Weight Goal button, pick your unit of measurement (either kg or lb), and enter the weight you're aiming for.
