Within the Healary app, your Healthy Mindset Plan is structured around two primary components: Learning Days and Mindfulness Days. On your Learning Days, you're encouraged to engage with lessons from the Learn to Live Healthy course. On Mindfulness Days, you'll focus on meditations like Eat Mindfully or Move Mindfully.
For an enhanced experience, you can also explore an additional Mental Training Goal, which involves completing Mental Training games. To tailor your Healthy Mindset Plan, tap the edit icon on the Healthy Mindset panel, select Adjust Mindset Plan, and then set your preference for a Learning or Mindfulness Day for each day of the week.
